FOUNDER | MANAGING DIRECTOR
Paul Gray is Founder, serves as Managing Director and leads CUBE in North America with global partners in EMEA and Asia. He has more than 15 years of Hotel Sales, Marketing and Operations experience and an extensive background in building high performance teams across a broad range of disciplines within the hospitality industry. Prior to establishing CUBE, he was the Managing Director North America for the Hospitality Practice at Banister International, an executive search and consulting firm.

Before his career in executive search and consulting, Paul served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for several exclusive four and five-star Mobile rated hotels in the global market including the Colony Beach & Tennis Resort and the historic Drake Hotel in Oakbrook | Chicago. His responsibilities included leadership engagement in direct sales, public relations, promotions, advertising and marketing in a highly operationally driven capacity.

As Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, he was responsible for the coordination and management of operating budgets exceeding $10 million and generated sales of more than $100 million. Properties under his direction included the Jekyll Island Club Hotel, the Park Terrace Hotel and the Ft. George Hotel and Marina. His knowledge of finance, business insight and ability to build successful corporate relationships all contribute to CUBE's continued growth as one of the industry's leading executive search firms.

Paul routinely heads executive searches exclusively for mid to senior-level positions in the Sales & Marketing, Operations and Finance functions. His extensive hands-on experience with numerous luxury and lifestyle hotel companies, coupled with his industry expertise and recruiting experience, help to deliver and retain top talent. Since establishing CUBE, Paul has utilized his vast candidate network to identify and place exceptional talent for numerous hospitality companies. His clients are provided with direction for developing and building their organizations, restructuring their search procedures and maximizing the efficiency of their hiring cycles.

Paul received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Abilene Christian University and continued his education with post-graduate studies at the University of Houston's - Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
